Right Bus Life Coaching provides executive coaching, management coaching, and employee coaching. 

Mervin Straughan is the name behind the service. He's held senior communications and HR roles in the energy, housing, steel manufacturing, and CSR sectors. He began his career as an evening newspaper journalist before taking up management roles in the telecommunications sector. 

He's the author of the book Imagine Life As Three Bus Journeys. In 2007, Mervin was among the first to qualify under the national occupational standards in life coaching. He has coached executives, managers and employees from private and not-for-profit organisations in the UK and North America. He's also a qualified person-centred counsellor.

Mervin is a member of the Association for Coaching and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
