Right Bus Life Coaching provides executive coaching, management coaching and employee coaching. 

Mervin Straughan is the name behind the service. He's held senior communications and HR roles in the energy, housing, steel manufacturing and CSR sectors. He began his career as an evening newspaper journalist before taking up management roles in telecommunications. He is the author of the book Imagine Life As Three Bus Journeys published in May 2020.

In 2007, he was among the first to qualify under the national occupational standards in life coaching. He has coached executives, managers and employees from many private and not-for-profit organisations. 

He holds a masters degree in marketing management, post-graduate diplomas in marketing and public relations and qualifications in HR management. 

Mervin is a member of the Association for Coaching.
